FINCA LA PALMERA

1. Booking policy

The booking is only confirmed, once the full amount of the reservation is received. You will get a booking confirmation via e-mail. If your card has been charged but you do not receive the confirmation, please check your spam folder and otherwise let us know. The booking is still valid.

2. Cancellation policy

You may cancel you booking up to 1 month prior to arrival, receiving a full* refund. For cancellations of less than 1 month in advance, a 50% refund will be issued. For cancellations of less than 14 days prior to arrival there is no refund.

3. Change of booking

For any changes of the dates of the booking the same policy applies as for cancellations. For any changes in the number of people the price listed on our website for single/double room applies.

4. Arrival/Departure

Your room will be ready for you from 4pm. Please let us know your arrival time at least the day before so we can make sure to be there to greet you and show you around.

On departure day we ask you to vacate your room by 11am. Please leave it in a decent condition, throw out the rubbish and strip the bed.

5. Security deposit

There is no security deposit to avoid unnecessary transactions.

Please look after your room. Should you break anything, please let us know. We would like to keep working on a trust-base. If you find anything damaged/not working upon arrival, please inform us immediately.

6. House rules

By making the booking you agree to follow the house rules of Eco-living la Palmera which are as follows:

- Keep everything clean & tidy
- Be mindful of each other
- Do not feed the dog
- Enjoy!

We reserve the right to discontinue the stay of anyone repeatedly disobeying the house rules or damaging the property without any refund and reserve the right to charge you for any damage caused.
